☆General Agreement1. By purchasing a commission, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
3. The Client must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

☆Commission Process1. You must provide clear references and a detailed description of the requested artwork.
2. I will confirm acceptance of the commission before work begins.
3. Estimated completion time will be provided but is not guaranteed.
4. I will try and provide progress updates at discretion (e.g., sketch stage).

☆Payment Terms1. All prices are listed in my Carrd
2. Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins.
3. The remaining balance must be paid before the final high-resolution file is delivered.

5. The Client is responsible for any transaction fees.

☆Revisions & Changes1. Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage (e.g., pose adjustments, small details).
2. Major changes after sketch approval may incur additional fees.
3. No revisions are allowed after final approval unless agreed upon.

☆Cancellations & Refunds1. If the Client cancels before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
2. If canceled after work has started, refunds will be partial based on work completed.
3. Deposits are non-refundable unless the Artist cancels the commission.
4. If the Artist cancels for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on progress.

☆Copyright & Usage1. The Artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
3. The Client may not:
• Claim the artwork as their own
• Modify the artwork without permission
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial rights
• Mint or sell the artwork as NFTs unless explicitly agreed
4. The Artist may:
• Display the artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials
• Use the artwork for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed

☆Commercial Use1. Commercial rights must be negotiated separately.
2. Commercial usage includes (but is not limited to):
• Merchandise
• Book covers
• Streaming assets
• Branding materials
3. Additional fees apply for commercial licenses.

☆Deadlines & Delivery1. Standard turnaround time: [1-4 Days, 2–6 weeks].
2. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
3. Final artwork will be delivered digitally via [Email / Google Drive / etc.].
4. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information from the Client.

☆Content RestrictionsThe Artist reserves the right to refuse content that includes:
• Hate speech or discriminatory themes
• NO AI
• Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

☆Liability1. The Artist is not responsible for how the Client uses the artwork after delivery.
2. The Artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the artwork.
